Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene purposes, we do not allow returns or exchanges. 

Refunds Once an order is submitted, all sales are considered final and no refunds may be done.

Faulty or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, along with a photo of the item.

Delivery times

Within Qatar: 1-3 business days

International: We currently do not provide international shipping

Delivery fees : Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over QAR300 qualify for complimentary delivery.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier or customs processes beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if this happens.
